In order to help you optimize your simulation machines, we offer post-installation training. Specifically, this consists in the delivery person giving you a two-hour course about your driving simulator. In the case of driving schools, the service includes 1 complete day of training, within the week following installation.

The Simucar after-sales service consists in a guarantee that we will reply to a maintenance request within 5 working days no matter where you are in France. In the event of the machine breaking down, we call out to you. After an initial phone diagnosis, one of our repair specialists with call out to you if necessary.
